Explanatory clause – Nature of the relationship

Participation in the PAV GLOBAL® Strategic Partner Program does not constitute an employment contract nor does it create any employment relationship between the representative and High Value Proposal® (PAV GLOBAL®).

The representative acts as an independent professional or entrepreneur, assuming at his own risk the management of his business activities, the use of his own means, resources and tools, as well as the costs associated with the promotion and representation of PAV® services.

PAV Global® will not be responsible for labor, tax or social security obligations arising from the representative's activity.


The relationship is based on principles of collaboration, independence and mutual benefit, focused exclusively on the promotion, sale and expansion of the brand's services and programs.

Permanent 5% commission on consulting services provided to the client, throughout the term of the contract, applicable to any service provided by PAV®.

To keep this commission active, the representative must bring in at least one new client per month.
